Class Levels

Class levels go up with technique & difficulty

Level 1

Beginner/Gentle

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle workout or stretch. Classes focus on building core strength, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation. With clear instructions and modifications offered, you'll feel confident and comfortable throughout the class.

Level 2

Familiar

Designed for those who are already familiar with Pilates and are looking to take their practice to the next level. In this class, expect to challenge your core strength, improve your flexibility, and enhance your mind-body connection.

Level 3

Experienced

 For experienced practitioners who are looking for a more intense workout. The class will focus on advanced Pilates exercises that require a high level of strength, flexibility, and control. Expect to work on your core, balance, and coordination while improving your overall fitness level.

Level 4

Advanced

Made to be challenging, these classes includes difficult exercises that require exceptional fitness abilities and Pilates experience. Classes will push experienced practitioners to their limits and help them achieve new levels of physical and mental strength.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING PILATES, SHOULD I DO A PRIVATE FIRST?

Privates are always a great way to learn the Pilates technique, become familiar with the equipment, and learn important cueing. However, if privates don’t interest you, we offer a beginner class with a maximum of 6 people. This way, you can receive a lot of one-on-one attention as you begin your Pilates journey.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

All that is needed is yourself! Wear comfortable clothes and socks with grips on the bottom or bare feet.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?

It’s really up to you and your schedule. Pilates is something that can be done everyday, or once a week to compliment your current fitness routine. To achieve the great results that Pilates offers, we recommend 2-3 sessions a week.

IF I AM WAITLISTED FOR A CLASS, HOW WILL I KNOW IF I GOT IN?

You will receive a text or email (or both if you prefer!) when you have been added to the class.
